His fitness and basketball content has earned him over 2.8 million followers on his Instagram account. 

Before Fame

Through college, he made several connections which eventually led to a position working for the Knicks. From there, his relationships continued before starting his own career as a professional trainer.

He is the go-to trainer for such professional athletes as Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, and Lance Thomas. He posts fitness updates to his Cbrickley603 Twitter account, where he also posts inspirational content.

He was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky.
