Turkish actor, entertainer, artist, performer, Instagram star, online content creator, and social media personality who has starred in more than seventy five Turkish and international films and television series. He appeared in the 2018 Halloween remake as  Dr. Ranbir Sartain.

Before Fame

He graduated from the Ankara State Conservatory in 1977. After the Ankara Conservatory, he studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

He won "Best Actor" at the 47th International Emmy Awards in 2019 for his role in the miniseries "Şahsiyet". On his Instagram account halukbilginer_official he posts about upcoming events and shows to his more than 500,000 followers.

Family Life

He has been married and divorced twice. He has a daughter with his second wife, singer Aşkın Nur Yengi.
