Ukrainian artist who has been showcased by Vogue Magazine, Indepest, Domestika, METAL Magazine, and the New East Digital Archive. Her work was featured at the renowned CIRCULATION(S) Festival at Le Centquatre in Paris, France, alongside the work of prestigious artists like Inka & Niclas and Bianca Salvo. She has found tremendous international success sharing her conceptual art on social media, particularly with the 380,000 followers on her Hannezaruma Instagram account. Her art has been praised for transcending the border between reality and the digital world, utilizing satire to comment on social themes like beauty and materialism.

Before Fame

She is a former model and originally attended school to study law; however, in December of 2020, she unexpectedly shot to stardom when a photo of her face spread across several outdated '00s cell phones went viral. The image garnered over 11 million views in just 1 week and even became a popular Instagram AR filter. 

Trivia

In the year 2022, she joined forces with En Route Jewelry to introduce her Hannezaruma x En Route collection. The collection was inspired by the artistic perspective of the human body, as a reminder for the wearer to practice self-love and self-acceptance. She also collaborated with DressX, the digital fashion retailer inspired by SpaceX and NASA, to create an original art project for Known Origins in 2024.

Family Life

She was born and raised in Lviv, Ukraine. In a 2020 interview with METAL Magazine, she expressed that her parents did not see a future for her in art and that she only attended university to pursue a law degree in order to fulfill their wishes.
