Ukranian supermodel who has appeared on magazine covers including Harper's Bazaar, Elle Ukraine, and at least 4 international editions of Vogue. She has walked the runway for designers such as Pierre Balmain, ISABEL MARANT, and Anna Sui. Additionally, she has appeared in campaigns for brands such as Prada, Calvin Klein, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Hugo Boss, and more.

Before Fame

While residing in the Ukranian capital city of Kyiv, she was noticed by a talent scout and was approached to launch her modeling career at the age of 15. Four years later, she appeared in the fall ad campaigns for Prada and Dolce & Gabbana, which boosted her career. Later that same year, she appeared on two covers of Italian Vogue.

Trivia

She made her runway debut in 2005, by closing the Marc by Marc Jacobs show, and opening the Dolce & Gabbana and Karl Lagerfeld shows.

Family Life

She was previously engaged to politician Oleksandr Onyshchenko in 2009, although they never wed. She married businessman Mykola (Nikolay) Shchur in 2011. In 2020, the couple divorced, and she alleged that he had been physically abusive throughout their marriage.

In 2006, she replaced model Lily Donaldson as the face of the French luxury fashion house known as Lanvin.
