Television producer who is known for being the first African-American president of the ABC Entertainment Group. She made headlines for her decision to cancel the revival of the television series Roseanne on May 29, 2018. 

Before Fame

She graduated from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television in 1991. She then began working for Davis Entertainment and eventually landed a job as a production executive for Warner Bros. where she helped develop films such as HeatThe Matrix, and The Devil's Advocate. She then joined ABC in 2004 and was hired as president in February of 2016. 


She is known for having oversaw the development of several ABC Studio shows including ScandalCriminal MindsHow to Get Away with Murder, and Nashville

Family Life

She was born and raised in Sacramento, California. In 2003, she marries Scott Power and together they have a daughter named Eden.
