Former professional American football defensive end best known for being selected first overall by the Indianapolis Colts in the 1992 NFL Draft. He also played for the Miami Dolphins and Washington Redskins before retiring in 1997.

In 1988, he graduated from Cheney High School. He played for the University of Washington when the team won the Rose Bowl for the first time in 9 seasons.
Trivia
He won the Outland Trophy, Lombardi Award, was the Bill Willis Award winner, Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year, the UPU Lineman of the Year. He was also a Heisman Trophy nominee and in 2006 was voted into the College Football Hall of Fame.
